Document Delivery (Intercampus Request)

Go to the WorldCat Discovery search box on the Library home page.
Search for the item you want to request.
Click on the title of the item you want to request.
Click on the Intercamput Request (Document Delivery) button under Access Options.
Login with your North-West University CAS credentials. If you have already logged in, you will not be asked again.
Complete the request form.
You will receive a notification to pick up your resources once it has arrived at your home library.

Document delivery is the WorldCat Discovery name for an Intercampus Request.
The document delivery form allows you to borrow items from other NWU campus libraries and branches that are not your home library.

Journal articles, content pages, and index pages are scanned and sent by email to the requesting user.
You will receive a notification to pick up your resources once it has arrived at your home library.
Working days/hours are from Monday - Friday from 7:30 - 4:30 and do not include weekends.

Books from Mahikeng Library take 3-7 working days to arrive in Potchefstroom.
Books from Vanderbijlpark Library take 72 hours to arrive in Potchefstroom.
Books between the Ferdinand Postma and branch libraries will be ready for pick up at your home library after 24 hours.
