How to access a act on Juta:
- Click on the act name above
- Go to the dropdown list: Choose Advanced search form(s)
- Select Acts Search
- Type in the name of the act OR the citation information
- Search
- Click on the correct act (if there is more than one option)
- Select the part you want to view/download under the contents (Dropdown list on the list or scroll down to select)
- Click on Download PDF

How to access a case on Juta:
- Click on the case name above
- Go to the dropdown list: Choose Advanced search form(s)
- Select Law Reports Search
- Type in the name of the case OR the citation information
- Search
- Click on the correct case (if there is more than one option)
- Click on Download PDF
