- Log in with your North-West University CAS credentials. If you have already logged in, you will not be asked again.
- Complete the Hold Request form.

- Select the pick-up location from the drop-down list.
- Indicate whether you need the item for specific dates.
What is a Hold?
- A library hold is a reservation for a library item (like a book) that is currently checked out or unavailable, allowing you to be notified and pick it up when it becomes available. Placing a hold puts you on a waiting list for the item, and you'll be contacted when it's ready for you to pick up and check out.
