Document Delivery (Intercampus Request)

Go to the WorldCat Discovery search box on the Library home page.
Search for the item you want to request.
Click on the title of the item you want to request.
Click on the Intercampus Request (Document Delivery) button under Access Options.
Log in with your North-West University CAS credentials. If you have already logged in, you will not be asked again.
Complete the request form.
You will receive a notification to pick up your resources once it has arrived at your home library.

Document Delivery allows NWU staff and students to borrow books and request scanned materials from other NWU campus libraries.

Submit requests via the WorldCat Discovery form
Registered NWU staff and students can use Document Delivery.
Journal articles and scanned pages are emailed to the requester via article exchange.
You’ll be notified when books are ready for pickup at your home library.

Working days/hours are from Monday to Friday, from 7:30 to 4:30 and do not include weekends.

Books from Potchefstroom Libraries take 3-7 working days to arrive in Mahikeng.
Books from Vanderbijlpark Library take 7-10 working days to arrive in Mahikeng.
